|Responsibilities||Rapidly growing business mainly in the area of matching freelancers with strategic consulting and foreign investment banking backgrounds. We are currently growing 400% YoY, and we are looking for a founding member who will be responsible for creating the business for further growth in the future.|
Problem-solving sales position with a lot of discretion!
■Acquisition of new projects from clients and interviews with candidates
■Assignment of human resources that fit the projects of consulting firms and business companies
■Acquisition of projects to expand sales for existing clients
The clients are mainly general managers and top management of business planning departments listed on Prime Tokyo Stock Exchange. This position requires logical thinking skills to assign personnel while considering future business strategies with the person in charge who has the authority to make decisions!
Office based. Remote work option is available depending on your situation.

■3+ years of experience in corporate sales (with record of achieving high numerical targets is welcome!)
■Experience in sales dealing with human resources
■Experience in problem-solving sales at a research company
■Experience as a manager in an organization

Please actively engage in sales while narrowing down the companies that wish to utilize our excellent human resources.|

We work with upstream projects that are not available in the market and are priced at 2 million yen per person/month or more. We introduce projects to the top 1% of talent in all job categories, including former members of strategy consulting firms, investment banks, and others. We connect high-skilled talents with companies that wish to utilize high-skilled talent.
We plan to expand our projects to include finance, business planning, marketing, and data scientists. In addition, we are currently developing a platform that enables direct matching between companies and professionals.
