Previously, Yohei was a freelance consultant engaging in strategy development, organizational restructuring, business improvement, and system implementation, mainly for IT and service industries.
Prior to that, Yohei worked as a consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on strategy development in manufacturing, trading, finance, and consumer goods.

Yohei has an undergraduate degree from the Department of Systems Innovation in University of Tokyo. He specialized in data analysis and graduated at the top of his class, receiving the Dean's Award.

Appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2022. Yoshiyuki established the HiTalent web products since the launch.

After his studies at the University of Tokyo, he Joined LITALICO Corporation. He organized IPO preparation and startup planning. He also successfully guided a team of engineers increase the conversion rate of an existing matching service.

He then moved to A.L.I. Technologies, a technology startup. As a software engineer, he directed, designed, and implemented multiple services.

Yoshiyuki holds a B.S. and a M.S. in engineering from the Department of Technology Management Strategy in The University of Tokyo.

Koichi co-founded HiTalent, Inc in January, 2020.

Before that, he worked at codeTakt Inc. (now NTT Group), an educational start-up, where he operated business strategy development and data analysis projects. He also worked as a sole proprietor on marketing and design projects for various companies.

His prior job was at BizReach, Inc. (now Visional Group), where he developed product design, brand design, and marketing, focusing on new businesses. Later, he was also responsible for the company's own recruitment strategies and corporate brand strategy development.

Holds a B.A. in Law from Kwansei Gakuin University, International Law and Politics Course. As an undergraduate, he also did coaching and team management work at a non-profit organization.

Joined HiTalent and became an executive in June 2022.

Previously, he worked at A. T. Kearney, a strategic consulting firm. He engaged in strategy development, operational improvement, BDD/PMI, etc. in industries including healthcare, automobile, energy, and consumer goods. Within the project team, he delivered tasks such as research, data analysis, document preparation, as well as management of the on-site team.

He hold a bachelor's degree in Technology Management Strategy and M.S. in engineering from the University of Tokyo.

After joining Yamaguchi Financial Group as a new graduate, she coordinated administrative tasks such as loan administration, foreign exchange, and asset management liaison. After that, she worked at a start-up in cutting-edge technologies such as drones, AI, and blockchain, where she was mainly in charge of accounting and finance, as well as IPO support. In the IPO support, she improved internal communications and worked with audit firms.

After graduating from Hosei University's Faculty of Economics, joined a boutique firm specializing in corporate branding. While engaging in consistent client work, including coordination with stakeholders, from planning and implementation of brand concepts to effective internal penetration and external communication. She also worked as the president's secretary, managing and moderating seminars in which the president appeared on stage, and providing support services such as accompanying top sales executives.

After graduating from college, she began her career at a luxury car dealership.
She was involved in customer service, listening to and understanding the needs of customers, and proposing the best products to meet their requests.
She also focused on follow-up services for customers who purchased products, supporting their overall car life by holding events and maintaining and improving relationships through personalized and detailed communication, up to the point of switching to the company's products.

After graduating from university, joined a company engaged in domestic and international sales of trading cards. She was involved in a wide range of operations, including secretarial duties as the president's right-hand person. She was also involved in all aspects of sales, from inventory management to marketing, with a particular focus on social networking appeals, including the creation of videos. Additionally, she was in charge of planning and executing related events and auctions, and handles interpretation and customs clearance for overseas customers.
Joined HiTalent in May 2023.

After graduating, she joined a dispensing pharmacy management company. As an office worker at a dispensing pharmacy, she not only handled desk work such as accounting, receipt preparation, and various data management, but also worked as a liaison for patients with concerns and hospital staff who needed to exchange accurate information with her. In addition, he is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the dispensing of medications and performing other duties related to patient health.

After graduating from Toin Gakuen High School and Yokohama National University, she worked as a homeroom teacher at a public elementary school. She planned custom-made lessons to meet the needs of the children in front of her. On holidays and after work, she went into town to meet farmers, people from tourist associations, engineers, etc., and interviewed them, insisting on delivering real information to the children. Joined HiTalent in July 2023.

Graduated from Todaiji Gakuen Junior and Senior High School and the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law. Joined a major IT company as a new graduate.
As a sales representative in the entertainment division, he was in charge of proposing service introduction and planning sales promotion measures for enterprise companies.
He contributed to maximizing sales and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer issues, presenting solutions, and negotiating with customers based on close communication.

Graduated from Hosei University Second High School and Hosei University Faculty of Sociology.
Joined an IT venture company as a new graduate and was in charge of sales of investment products for the toC market.
Utilizing his ability to tailor his sales to the client, he achieved the second-highest monthly sales in his history in the first six months after joining the company.
At the same time, he started an overseas human resources and logistics business as a sole proprietorship, utilizing the overseas connections he had built up since his student days.

Worked at a medical recruiting firm, mainly in non-physician recruiting and employee training. With the launch of business in the Kansai area, he was in charge of developing new medical institutions and contributed to expanding the number of part-time jobs for physicians.
After that, he joined AKKODIS Consulting after working for a real estate company and a human resource company for beauticians, and was in charge of SES sales for a major SIer, mainly in the distribution and financial businesses. Joined HiTalent In October 2023.

Graduated from Waseda University Senior High School and the Department of Management Systems Engineering,
School of Creative Science and Engineering, Waseda University.
Joined a Japanese automobile manufacturer as a new graduate.
After being assigned to the domestic sales division, he was engaged in sales for agents and dealers and new car sales at directly managed stores.
He then moved on to a foreign life insurance company. He has been proposing solutions that go beyond life insurance to individuals and corporations .
Joined HiTalent in January 2024.

After graduating from Fukuoka Prefectural Higashiiku High School and Kyushu University's Department of Materials Science and Engineering,
He entered the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo.
In graduate school, he studied structural materials for space applications at JAXA.
While in school, he worked as an intern in sales and marketing.

After working in sales for an investment real estate company, he joined Bizreach.
At Bizreach, he experienced sales, launching and managing the inside sales department. He then joined Mimir, a member of the Uza base Group.
After working in B2B marketing, launching the inside sales department, and enterprise sales, he was transferred to the Corporate Planning Department.
In the Corporate Planning Department, he experienced business planning, business strategy formulation/execution support, introduction of THE MODEL type organization, and PM of Salesforce integration PJT across the group. Joined HiTalent in February 2024. He was involved in the launch of the Business Marketing Department.
