| Application Guidelines | ■We are looking for interns who want to go to a strategic consulting firm/investment bank (undergraduate and graduate students) ■We are looking for students who are looking for overwhelming growth during their school years |
| Responsibilities | You will report directly to the executive director, have direct contact with clients, and perform a series of tasks up to contracting in collaboration with our consultants. You will be able to acquire high communication skills to elicit customer needs, the ability to propose solutions to solve problems, and the speed of thinking. [Sales] ■Interviewing clients and making business proposals ■Sourcing of registered free consultants (high-talent) and coordination of project interviews/interviews ■Inside sales (working with marketing staff to obtain business opportunities, and nurturing through e-mail, telephone, etc.) ■Field sales (attending business meetings, taking minutes, conducting interviews, etc.) ■Outbound sales ■Assistance with contracts between clients and high talent ■Management of various agencies [Marketing] ■Acquisition of new users through alliances with various media ■Daily management of progress in numbers ■Planning and execution of other measures to acquire new users ■Creation and sending of CRM emails to existing users ■Planning and execution of measures to activate existing users |
| Talent we are looking for | [Required] ■Those who want to create a business or start a business ■Able to work at least 20 hours per week on weekdays. ■Those who can come to the office for at least half of their working hours (the office is located in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo). |
| Compensation | ¥200,000 /month (at 100% working rate) The amount paid will vary depending on the working rate. (from ¥1,250 /hour) |

| Office Hours (business, working) | ■Must be able to work at least 20 hours on weekdays. ■No restrictions on days of the week, but must be able to work at least half of the time during weekdays. |
| The best part of my job | ■You can work directly under a director from a strategic consulting firm. ■If you want to gain an overwhelming amount of thinking and action, this is a must. ■Although there is a lot of steady work, you will be able to work with a great deal of discretion. |
