Co-founder and CEO of HiTalent Inc. since January, 2020.

Previously, Yohei was a freelance consultant engaging in strategy development, organizational restructuring, business improvement, and system implementation, mainly for IT and service industries.
Prior to that, Yohei worked as a consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on strategy development in manufacturing, trading, finance, and consumer goods.

Yohei has an undergraduate degree from the Department of Systems Innovation in University of Tokyo. He specialized in data analysis and graduated at the top of his class, receiving the Dean's Award.

Appointed to the Board of Directors in January 2022. Yoshiyuki established the HiTalent web products since the launch.

After his studies at the University of Tokyo, he Joined LITALICO Corporation. He organized IPO preparation and startup planning. He also successfully guided a team of engineers increase the conversion rate of an existing matching service.

He then moved to A.L.I. Technologies, a technology startup. As a software engineer, he directed, designed, and implemented multiple services.

Yoshiyuki holds a B.S. and a M.S. in engineering from the Department of Technology Management Strategy in The University of Tokyo.

Koichi co-founded HiTalent, Inc in January, 2020.

Before that, he worked at codeTakt Inc. (now NTT Group), an educational start-up, where he operated business strategy development and data analysis projects. He also worked as a sole proprietor on marketing and design projects for various companies.

His prior job was at BizReach, Inc. (now Visional Group), where he developed product design, brand design, and marketing, focusing on new businesses. Later, he was also responsible for the company's own recruitment strategies and corporate brand strategy development.

Holds a B.A. in Law from Kwansei Gakuin University, International Law and Politics Course. As an undergraduate, he also did coaching and team management work at a non-profit organization.

Joined HiTalent and became an executive in June 2022.

Previously, he worked at A. T. Kearney, a strategic consulting firm. He engaged in strategy development, operational improvement, BDD/PMI, etc. in industries including healthcare, automobile, energy, and consumer goods. Within the project team, he delivered tasks such as research, data analysis, document preparation, as well as management of the on-site team.

He hold a bachelor's degree in Technology Management Strategy and M.S. in engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Joined HiTalent in July 2022.

Previously, he worked at a major independent securities firm. In the sales department, he engaged in financial planning for high net worth individuals and corporate sales in the Kanto area, mainly dealing with securities and insurance products. He then started his own business as a financial advisor, working with corporate executives in the Kansai area.

He has a Bachelor's degree in safety management from Kansai University.

Joined HiTalent in 2022.

After joining Yamaguchi Financial Group as a new graduate, she coordinated administrative tasks such as loan administration, foreign exchange, and asset management liaison. After that, she worked at a start-up in cutting-edge technologies such as drones, AI, and blockchain, where she was mainly in charge of accounting and finance, as well as IPO support. In the IPO support, she improved internal communications and worked with audit firms.

After graduating from Hosei University's Faculty of Economics, joined a boutique firm specializing in corporate branding. While engaging in consistent client work, including coordination with stakeholders, from planning and implementation of brand concepts to effective internal penetration and external communication. She also worked as the president's secretary, managing and moderating seminars in which the president appeared on stage, and providing support services such as accompanying top sales executives.
Joined HiTalent in April 2023.

After graduating from college, she began her career at a luxury car dealership.
She was involved in customer service, listening to and understanding the needs of customers, and proposing the best products to meet their requests.
She also focused on follow-up services for customers who purchased products, supporting their overall car life by holding events and maintaining and improving relationships through personalized and detailed communication, up to the point of switching to the company's products.
Joined HiTalent in April 2023.

After graduating from university, joined a company engaged in domestic and international sales of trading cards. She was involved in a wide range of operations, including secretarial duties as the president's right-hand person. She was also involved in all aspects of sales, from inventory management to marketing, with a particular focus on social networking appeals, including the creation of videos. Additionally, she was in charge of planning and executing related events and auctions, and handles interpretation and customs clearance for overseas customers.
Joined HiTalent in May 2023.

新卒で調剤薬局運営企業に入社。 調剤薬局での事務職として、会計処理・レセプト作成・各種データ管理などのデスクワークのみならず、不安を抱える患者や正確な情報のやり取りが必要な病院スタッフへの対応窓口として渉外にも従事。 加えて、薬剤師のサポートとして調剤補助を担当し、患者の健康に関わる責任ある業務を遂行。
2023年4月、ハイタレント参画。

桐蔭学園高等学校、横浜国立大学を卒業後、公立小学校で担任教諭として勤める。 目の前の子どもたちのニーズに合うようにオーダーメイドの授業を企画した。休日や勤務後は街に繰り出し、農家の方、観光協会の方、エンジニアの方等に会いに行き、インタビューをして子どもたちにリアルな情報を届けることにこだわっていた。
2023年7月、ハイタレント入社。

私立尾道高等学校、関西学院大学社会学部社会学科卒業。 新卒で株式会社資生堂に入社。国内化粧品小売店を担当する営業部に所属し、主に高価格帯の化粧品を取り扱う。地域特性や年齢層、店舗の立地など様々な観点でエリアの分析や、客層に合わせたアプローチの展開など店頭売上の拡大に向けた提案活動に従事。
2023年7月、ハイタレント入社。
